While some pool owners prefer to handle regular maintenance themselves, we offer training to help you manage these tasks if requested.
Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly Service Plans
Our swimming pool service plans provide a trouble-free swimming pool all summer long. Our weekly service visits ensure your pool is clean, safe, hygienic, and ready to use whenever required. Our Weekly Service Plan
One of our highly trained and experienced engineers will systematically perform the following procedures during a service visit:
- Debris Removal: Net the pool to remove any solid debris.
- Vacuuming: Vacuum the pool to eliminate fine debris.
- Filter Maintenance: Backwash and rinse the media bed in the pool filter or wash the cartridge filter.
- Water Testing and Balance: On every service we will test for: Sanitiser (Chlorine or Bromine etc), pH, Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness and temperature.
-Langelier Check and TDS: on a monthly basis we will check the Langelier Saturation Index and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) to ensure the water is neither scale forming or corrosive and the sanitiser is working to its maximum potential.
- Inspection: Inspect the pool shell and all equipment for any defects, such as leaks or bearing faults. Reporting any issues before they become a problem.
- Skimmer and Strainer Maintenance: Ensure skimmers are operating correctly and empty strainers as required.
- Brushing: Brush the pool walls and tile band.
- Shock Treatment : Add a Shock treatment as required.
